Well you have your feelings and its hard to control them but the least you could do is to try and hide them.
There's no point in telling her all those because right now she's attached.
What kind of response do you want from her?
In the end you make things awkward, you'll just regret it only.
Right now, it the best situation you can have already.
She's attached so the least you could do is to respect her for that.
And maybe start cutting down on contacting her so much...
